Inkrunner (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is published by Ventiq LLC. This policy explains what data the app does and does not collect. Inkrunner is a single-player game that is private by design.

The short version

Inkrunner does not require an account, does not ask for your name, email, or any personal information, and does not include third-party advertising or tracking. Your game progress stays on your device.

What we store on your device

The app saves your game progress — high score, stars, unlocked and selected pens and characters, pen customizations, and settings such as sound — locally on your device using Apple’s standard on-device storage. This information stays on your device, is not transmitted to Ventiq LLC, and is removed if you delete the app.

Game Center

Inkrunner uses Apple’s Game Center to show leaderboards. If you sign in to Game Center, your score and Game Center player identity are handled by Apple to power leaderboards and ranking. This is optional; the game is fully playable without Game Center. Apple’s handling of Game Center data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Inkrunner offers optional one-time in-app purchases (individual pens, a pen pack, and an Ink Pass) sold through Apple’s App Store using Apple In-App Purchase.

• Payment is handled entirely by Apple. We never see or receive your payment card or Apple Account credentials.
• To restore purchases you have already made, the app asks Apple whether your Apple Account owns those items. This check is performed by Apple; we do not receive your Apple Account identity.
• We do not use purchase data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Analytics and tracking

Inkrunner does not include third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Children

Inkrunner is suitable for all ages and is not directed at collecting personal information from anyone, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can manage or turn off Game Center in iOS Settings. You can manage purchases in the App Store’s account settings. Deleting the app removes all locally stored progress and settings from your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and post the revised version at this URL.
