These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Inkrunner (“the app”), published by Ventiq LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Inkrunner on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and for personal entertainment. Do not attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or exploit the app, its purchases, or Game Center leaderboards.

In-app purchases

Inkrunner offers optional one-time (non-consumable) in-app purchases, including individual pens, a pen pack, and an Ink Pass that unlocks content. The following terms apply:

• One-time purchases. These are not subscriptions. You pay once and the content is unlocked for your Apple Account. The price is shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Restoring purchases. You can restore previously purchased content on any device signed in to the same Apple Account using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app’s shop.
• In-game stars. Some content can also be unlocked using stars earned by playing. Stars have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, transferred, or exchanged for money, and may be lost if you delete the app.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. We cannot issue purchase refunds directly.

Game Center

Inkrunner uses Apple’s Game Center for leaderboards. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple’s terms. We may reset or remove leaderboard entries that appear fraudulent or manipulated.

Privacy

Your use of Inkrunner is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Inkrunner is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any lost progress, lost stars, indirect or consequential damages, or any inability to use the app. You use the app at your own risk.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. These Terms are between you and Ventiq LLC only.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL, with the date above.
