These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of StreamMe (“the app”), published by Ventiq LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StreamMe on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.

Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the content you record and for using the app lawfully. Do not use StreamMe to record people without their consent where consent is legally required, or for any unlawful, harassing, or infringing purpose. You must comply with all applicable recording, privacy, and wiretapping laws in your jurisdiction.

StreamMe Pro subscription

StreamMe offers an auto-renewable subscription, “StreamMe Pro,” which unlocks recording and the private recordings vault. The following terms apply:

• Plans and price. Pro is offered as a Weekly plan and a Yearly plan. The price, billing period, and any free-trial length are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Free trial. The Yearly plan may include a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device’s App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Privacy

Your use of StreamMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

StreamMe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any lost recordings, missed captures, indirect or consequential damages, or any use of the app that violates applicable law. You use the app at your own risk.

Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. These Terms are between you and Ventiq LLC only.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL, with the date above.
