These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of StreamMe (“the app”), published by Ventiq LLC (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StreamMe on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app.
You are solely responsible for the content you record and for using the app lawfully. Do not use StreamMe to record people without their consent where consent is legally required, or for any unlawful, harassing, or infringing purpose. You must comply with all applicable recording, privacy, and wiretapping laws in your jurisdiction.
StreamMe offers an auto-renewable subscription, “StreamMe Pro,” which unlocks recording and the private recordings vault. The following terms apply:

StreamMe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any lost recordings, missed captures, indirect or consequential damages, or any use of the app that violates applicable law. You use the app at your own risk.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. These Terms are between you and Ventiq LLC only.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL, with the date above.
