Welcome to QT. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use QT.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally an adult in your jurisdiction. QT is intended for use between consenting adults in a relationship. By using QT you confirm you meet these requirements.
QT creates an anonymous account on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and PIN secure. Because QT stores history on your device and connects you peer-to-peer with your partner, deleting the app or losing your device may permanently remove your history.
You agree to use QT only for lawful, consensual interactions with a partner who has also agreed to use it. You must not use QT to harass, coerce, threaten, or harm anyone, or to share unlawful content. See our Content & Safety Policy, which is part of these Terms.
QT is built on mutual consent. Either partner may unpair, leave, or block at any time, without notice. Features like session "lockdown" are voluntary and can always be ended by either person.
QT offers paid subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store/Play account settings. One subscription covers both paired partners.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted; we cannot read them. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
QT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and QT is not a substitute for professional relationship, medical, or mental-health advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QT and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using QT at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
