Welcome to Idyl. By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Idyl. Idyl is published by Ventiq LLC.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Idyl. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Idyl does not require an account. The measurements and settings you enter are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups. Deleting the app or losing your device may permanently remove your history, which we cannot recover because we do not store it.
Idyl estimates daily energy expenditure and body composition for general wellness and informational purposes only. Idyl is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its estimates are approximations and may differ from clinical measurements. Do not rely on Idyl for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, or weight-management program, and seek professional care for any health concern.
You agree to use Idyl only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Idyl offers paid auto-renewable subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Idyl is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its estimates will be accurate for your circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventiq LLC and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use Idyl.
You may stop using Idyl at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
